Urbantime is conceived in a well-established set-up where the expertise in metal working and mechanical engineering is the driving force behind the parent company, Diemmebi. In the production facility, Diemmebi and Urbantime share functional spaces for cutting, bending, moulding, robot welding and painting of the metal structures. The assembly of the semi-finished components and packaging for shipment also take place here.

The manufacturing nature of the company allows a large part of the production costs to be overseen whilst pursuing the goal of offering truly innovative products. Metal, one of the materials which has had the most influence on the history of mankind, brings with it truly unparalleled characteristics.

The parent company’s know-how and its strong production capacity have meant that the outdoor collection could benefit from this huge pool of knowledge in metalworking. The internal processes of laser cutting, bending, robot welding and painting are performed in-house, guaranteeing effective quality control throughout the production chain and allowing the best solutions to be chosen for each product, whether standard or limited edition.

Metal, which is 100% recyclable through fusion, is, therefore, the main material of the collection, in the Urbantime spirit of taking care of the environment in which we live and our planet.
